Maybe you can help me to find out. Could they be the same, or different than the ones in Switzerland? I use this software when I travel in Europe Swissphone is planning to open offices in Taiwan and South Korea in 2012. The company has also opened an office in Japan with plans for a second location. In October 2011, Swissphone rejected a takeover bid from Vimpelcom Ltd at 31 Swiss francs per share. In November 2011, Swisscom announced that it would purchase Swisscell from their parent company Berkshire Hathaway Inc for US$1.09 billion (£0.75 billion). On 22 May 2007 Swisscom offered to buy out Swisscell's stake in the Swisscom network, as it believed that the management of the cell phone company was affected by strategic problems. This would allow the monopoly of Swisscom to be extended. On 10 September 2008, it was announced that Vimpelcom and Telia aimed to buy out the shares held by Berkshire Hathaway and invest approximately US$1 billion in a new European mobile service provider based on existing assets. The deal with Vimpelcom and Telia would have revamped services in countries such as Switzerland, Poland, France and Finland. However, on 2 October 2008, Vimpelcom decided to not continue the project. On 12 November 2008 Swisscom announced that it had signed a framework agreement with China Mobile, China Telecom and Unicom allowing mobile access to the three Chinese firms' networks throughout mainland China. The agreement will provide Swisscom with mobile access to more than 1 billion Chinese customers by means of GSM/HSPA/WCDMA technology at the highest level of data transmission standard in China. This will allow users to call, send text messages and download data in Switzerland for lower prices than before. On 24 October 2008 Swisscom announced that it would launch a new brand of mobile phone services for the Chinese market, and that it would launch two new brands: OneCall and Wave. OneCall will serve as a non-exclusive network service provider for one-call calling to China Mobile customers; Wave will be an exclusive provider for international call forwarding. The price of each brand will be approximately 10 Swiss francs (US$15) per month. The agreement with China Mobile was extended on 29 October 2008 to include China Telecom and Unicom. cfa1e77820
